Sarah Valeos, L.M.T. has owned Body Reflections, pllc for nearly 25 years. She specializes in treatment massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Sarah is a graduate of Ashmead College. She loves helping people find relief, and increase body awareness. All to often, you don’t have to live with pain. Helping clients experience this as a reality, and improve their quality of life, has been her favorite part of her massage career. Sarah feels blessed to work with her community so closely, and to be able to provide a better quality of life for her clients.

- Body Reflections is located in the same building as the main lot for MB Premium Autoworld at the back end of the building. Drive past MB Premium Autoworld and Wallin Insurance, toward Hire Quest. Enter the lobby for Hire quest and Body Reflections (1840 is on the lobby door) and take the stairs to the second floor. The office is to the right of the stairs. There is plenty of free parking. There is no elevator. Please wear a mask; it is required. See COVID Protocol for more information on protocol, and be sure you’re informed so you know what to expect prior to arrival.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not give 24 hours notice prior to canceling your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the full amount of your scheduled session.
If you are sick, or think you are sick, this fee will be waived. Please do not come in for massage if you have been exposed to someone with COVID or you are sick–even with mild cold symptoms. Thank you for your understanding.
